I did a search and found one person who dehydrated pulled pork with the sauce together and said it rehydrated well. Anybody else tried dehydrating pulled pork. Hopefully the pork rehydrates better than the chicken I tried.

Prior to a Yampa river trip last year, I cooked two pork butts at home and then vacuum packed and froze the package. It was still partially frozen after 3 days in the food pack. It was a huge hit with the crew served with coleslaw and dill pickles.

i have used BBQ pulled beef. It worked great. Good consistancy, good flavor. I also had dehydrated onions in the mix too. I have no issues and will take them again. I need to work on the dehydated pckle idea.
