Last trip we brought some dried tortellini stuffed with cheese. Ate it with some red sauce that I put a blend of seasonings in; I had premixed in a baggie. Then wrapped a french baguette in tinfoil and threw it on the grate. Threw some garlic and herb butter on the bread once we took it off and it turned out to be a very delicious meal. Just thought I would share. Picked up the cheese tortellini at CostCo.

Thinking next year I meat dehydrate some beef so it is a meat sauce.

Trader Joes actually has some really great dry tortellini and ravioli as well. Cooks up fairly quickly and tastes great.

Havent brought it with on a trip yet but plan to.

Just checked my bag actually and the tortellini was the stuff from Trader Joe's. I remember now I had intended to buy it at CostCo where I had seen it earlier, but then ran across it at Trader Joe's. You will not be dissapointed.

Aldis also carries two different types of dried tortellini. One is a 3 cheese and the other a mushroom.
