I just made this so I know it works I took a 2 pound chuck tender roast and sliced it about 1/2 inch think slices. Then I cut 1/2 inch strips from that. In a glass bowl (don't use metal) I put 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a tea spoon of onion powder and a teaspoon of crushed black pepper. I mixed it all together and kept it in the fridge for about 6 hours. I then placed them on wire racks so Air can get all around each piece and had a normal house fan blow on it for about 24 hours. That's it. They are great. Kids love them too. Let me know if you have questions Mike
