Iron--mostly because I've never been there and it has great walleye fishing.

It has to be either Fog Lake, or Dirty Lense Lake. Just kidding.

It's snow. May of 2015. I believe the 18th-- the latest accumulation I've personally witnessed.

Almost looks like Horseshoe - but probably too large. Therefore, I'll say Caribou looking toward the first portage off Clearwater.

None yet.

Clue #1--
Lake "X" has been surveyed twice, once in 1963 and again in 2013. Species collected during the surveys were Bluegill, Lake Whitefish, Tulibee (Cisco), Northern Pike, Rock Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, White Sucker, and Yellow Perch. The fish species composition has not changed much over the course of 40 years. The 1963 survey sampled Tulibees (Cisco) while the 2013 survey did not collect any Tulibees. The 2013 survey was the first time that Smallmouth Bass were sampled in the lake.

Thanks WhiteWolf.

Is this view from similar location? This one is from July last year, first site at the beginning of the East arm of the lake.

On phone,, but my pic was taken from the sand beach site on the NW part of Malberg.

Yeah, I was suspecting that other vantage point. Reading lake finder mn prior to my trip last year, clue was spot on.
Thanks.
