OK for fishing what would you guys recommend. It's my first trip and I want to catch fish don't really care what. It will be early June 5 days
1. Lynx lake base camp out of ep14 fish the local lakes to that area.
2. Loop spending time on Nina moose, oyster and ramshead.
3. Base camp fourtown and fish the lakes local to it.
4. Base camp gabbro or bald eagle and fish the lakes in that area.

Any help would be appreciated also if you have good lakes near these lakes or hotspots you would like to share I'm OK with that as well. Thanks

Absolutely LOVED the southeast site on Lynx. Its a beauty of a site. Nice to day trip over to Agawato.

Also had a blast over on Fourtown in 2015. Day tripped over to Horse, and fished the moving water near the portage over to Fourtown out to the Island. ;-)

If you're thinking of a Mudro access - depending when you're going - get your permit this Wednesday ;-) That access point fills fast.

Regardless of where I go I'll be reserving Wednesday. But that's encouraging. It should be a good time.

Number 3. Between Foutown, Horse, and Gun you should have smallies for sure and probably walleyes and pike going in all 3 lakes.

I decided to go with more solitude and scenery and less of great fishing and will be going out ep 14 to lynx lake.

I think staying on Lynx will offer more solitude. Heritage, Shell, and Lynx can offer good fishing. The last few years I've fished these lakes was during several May Fly hatches and fishing virtually shut down. If you're looking for bass, day trip to Hustler. There are lmb in Yodeler Lake. They're not very big but there are lots of them.
