With just a few weeks to go - and the slush mess being the prevailing topic this season.... I'm probably stepping on Cedar's post.... Feel free to delete and we can combine w/ Cedar. (I figured he was more focused on Angleworm and we're open to ANY ideas...)
Where to go if our original plan of 3+ lake travel falls thru.
Angleworm Trail?
Sioux Hustler Trail?
Bearhead State Park hike in site?
Any pros/cons of these ideas as a backup?
How are the trail conditions of each? I know Angleworm tends to be pretty darn solid...
My husband really would like to pop a few tip ups just a few feet from our tent.. .if that is even an option any longer. (which is why Sioux Hustler is interesting, or Angleworm... are the hike in sites on Bearhead on a lake?)
That IS a requirement. We're happy to hike on land, but we want to camp near a lake.
