I bought a pair of LaCrosse Ice Kings from Moosejaw.com three years ago. They sprung a leak last weekend, so I emailed moosejaw and LaCrosse. Moosejaw sent me a new pair; UPS just now delivered them. I need to send the old boots in and they paid for that as well. Pretty great, I think. I'm going to buy from them again, I can tell you that.

I've been ordering from Moose Jaw for a couple of years. Gotten some of my best deals there. Good prompt service. Just bought a Therma Rest Trail Lite for $58 tax and shipping included.

If they were purchased by Wal-Mart then won't that affect how these sorts of things are handled? Has anyone worked/contacted them since then about these sorts of things?
