From the In-Fisherman guys.

I have long considered a 19-inch fish to be a big one and an 18-inch bass to be a nice one. The chart agrees with me!

Cool chart, simple and easy to remember, any smallie over 19 inches is at least 6 pounds, Wink, wink. FRED

Only if you pose with it with your arms fully extended. You can make it a 60-pounder with a fisheye lens.

Just remember that the In Fisherman chart is based on the 75th percentile( 75% of fish this length will weigh less) so is pretty optimistic for an average fish.

I have no photoshop skills either. Someone on this site took one of my pictures and made this bigger fish photo. I can't remember who did it. It has been a few years. Whoever did it, did a good job.

I've used the OFAH Ontario Angler Awards fish weight calculator per species. The generic formula looks like this:

Length: inches
Girth: inches
(Length) * (Girth * Girth) / 800
Calculates:
WEIGHT: lbs

The walleye denominator is 2700 I believe.
