quote RainGearRight: "Forgotten. Lynx lake, site directly across from the portage from Little Shell. Opinel wood handle folding knife, resting on a fire grate log. October 2nd. Chances are its still there!" Nevermind, I found it:) Opps
1. Women’s sunglasses located at end of portage from Upper Pauness into Lower Pauness.
2. One 2 way radio. Please state color, brand, and number of channels. This was located at the beginning of the portage off of Lower Pauness heading towards Devil’s Cascade.
LOST: On Hog Creek. We were cutting a large log that had blocked Hog Creek during the last big rain storm with a 6ft two man buck saw. Unfortunately it slipped from our grasp and went down in about 8 ft of water and we were unable to retrieve it. The water should be way down by now. Probably less than 4 - 5 ft. If anyone gets to the spot and has a chance to find it I would appreciate it if you would let me know. The tree was chopped with an axe at one end and sawn through on the other. It's about half way down the creek to Perent.
Watch out for that rock!!!........ Oooo.... That's going to leave a mark...

I didn't. I was solo on that trip. The group that lost it was some folks I know from work who were at the other end of the lake from me (Thank God). I decided to come out with them on that fateful morning...

No one has emailed about their compass or (new) rain jacket. I probably should have told WELY about that one. The compass, not so much...but perhaps it's sentimental. It is a neat compass.

Lost a Gander Mountain life vest on Gun Lake (the one just south of Lac La Croix) 7/18.
Also may have left a tackle box at EP 14, Little Indian Souix. This tackle box was 2-sided clear with a blue divider between the sides of the box on 7/20.

Lost: Two fishing rods on the portage between Carp and Birch Lakes on 7/28/2012. One is a BPS 6'6" two piece Medium wight Bionic Blade with a Shimano Sahara spinning reel and a purple Berkley crankbait tied to it. The other is a BPS Tourney Special two piece spinning rod, also 6'6" Medium weight, with big Radke Pike Minnow tied to it.
These rods were left on the portage between Carp and Birch for a couple of hours by accident. When I came back them they were gone. I'd really like them back and would appreciatively reimburse shipping to anyone who may have them.

quote VoyageurNorth: "A customer lost one of our Spot tracking units. So far I have notes that it is VNO #7, lost on Ensign SE side of portage to Ashigan.
If anyone finds it, please let me know. No one else can use it as it is registered to VNO.
The customer is paying for the loss but I'd love to be able to refund his money if/when it is returned.
So, anyone out in that area soon or that was in that area, please help, thanks.
(in case some of you don't know what it looks like, it is orange with black grip strips on the side, black lettering saying VNO 7.)"
