We've been using this tent for a couple of years now for 2 people and 2 dogs. Easy set up, very lightweight and at a decent price (got it on sale for <$200).

I have the latest version of this tent that came out in 2010 and find it a superb canoeing shelter. It's roomy enough for three (not four), two good sized vestibules, excellent waterproofing, and a light weight. The weather resistance is very good as is the ventilation. Putting it up takes only a couple of minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tent to anyone.

I have the 2013 version of this tent. My friend has the 2010 version and the changes I noticed are the vestibules open in the middle vs corner, 4 vents on top vs 2 and the doors are open a bit different. Good Price, easy setup, acceptable weight, good ventilation, decent size vestibules, kept me dry. I would recommend for 3 adults no problem.

The only thing I would change is the size of the gear pockets inside, too small.

This is a good tent for the price. I have the 2013 version and it has held up very well to 30 mph winds. It's really easy to setup and has a good amount of storage. Having two doors and two vestibules is really nice. The zippers work quite easily. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

I do have a few minor complaints. It's a bit heavy for a backpacking tent, but it would cost twice as much or more to get a tent a couple pounds lighter. As with basically all tent size ratings, it's hard to imagine, in this case, 4 people in this tent. Three of us fit pretty comfortable with room for some of our gear that we didn't want to leave outside. As others have mentioned, REI was a bit stingy with the stakes.

If you're looking for a high quality tent rated for 4 and not concerned with ultralightness, then this is a great find.

I have the 2013 version of this tent and I would recommend it to anyone. I have used it with 4 people and it was a bit tight but it worked just fine. Vestibules are a decent size and the vents on top are perfect for getting some air in. I found the pockets inside to be more than enough. I have nothing bad to say about this tent
