Jetboil Group Cooking System

Jetboil Group Cooking System

Product Description

Enjoy the lightweight efficiency of the Jetboil Group Cooking System when greater capacity and versatility is required in the backcountry. Compact system includes proven technology for fast and convenient setup, usage and storage. System is comprised of Jetboil stove burner base, 1.5-liter hard-anodized pot, pot support and stabilizer. FluxRing heat exchanger improves fuel efficiency and delivers even heating. Pot features heat-resistant fold-out handles, plastic lid and bottom cover and neoprene cozy. Neoprene cozy stays in place during cooking without melting, increasing heat retention and cooking efficiency. Adjustable-flame burner is housed in a windscreen, reducing heat loss in windy conditions. Piezo igniter sparks the stove to life with a push of the button, eliminating worries about wet matches and burning your hand. No assembly or priming required; stove burner is cross-compatible with Companion Cup accessory (sold separately) for versatility on solo trips. Pot support and stabilizer fit neatly inside pot with stove burner base for compact storage and transport. Pot support works great with all types of cookware, while stabilizer attaches to fuel canister to increase stove base size for reliable support. Perfect for fuel-efficient, ultralight backpacking trips and group excursions where extra capacity and versatility are needed. Fuel canister is sold separately. Rated a 'Best Buy' by Backpacker Magazine, March '06 Gear Guide.

Again, does what is says: It boils water extremely fast and efficiently. If you are with a small group and most your meals are dehydrated, this may be a good option for you. Cannot use over an open fire though.
