I have owned this item for a number of years and have found it to be very useful. Family/friends have used it for coffee while I use it for loose tea. Since I like my tea strong, I am able to use whatever I need without having to use multiple tea bags. It weighs nothing and takes up little to no space and can hold small kitchen items while packed. Lastly, it looks almost no different than when purchased - durable with reasonable care.
