Hey guys. The cookoff is no limit. We have had everything from traditional foods to duck paired with esparagus. The winner recieves a "golden spatula". Bring it if you got it! Please check our website and facebook pages for recent updates. We are giving away thousands in gear this year! Hot tents, woodstoves, axes, great beer and good times. Hope to see some of you there.

Has anyone been to the symposium? We are considering going and entering the cook-off but are curious about what people make for dishes in the cook-off? What has won in the past? Any information is appreciated! :)
