I'm refurbishing by Toboggan for Winter Gear hauling, today I just applied the Pine Tar. It has the consistency if Chocolate syrup. I put it outside to dry, but I don't have any confidence that it will dry anytime soon to apply the wax. Any ideas?

Ooo, purdy! It will probably pull better without the dog on the bottom though. :P
