the campsite on the far east shore of s hegman should be able to hold a tent of that size. (maybe) if that site can't hold the tent the nearby bog / marsh should work.

Hello-

We're headed into Hegmann Lake this Saturday...anyone know of any good sites for 10x15 canvas hot-tent on north or south hegman? We'd prefer not to camp on the ice...

To the left of the portage between N and S Hegman there is an open and flat space to it. Most people use this quick access to the creek in the summer between lakes versus walking the 30 feet of the portage.

Of course you will have foot traffic past you for people looking to check out the pictographs.

That's a big tent to try and fit somewhere. Good luck.

Thanks yeah, it may just be best to camp on the ice...
