Customer service like that just kills a company... crazy for such a small one. I love the idea of these too and will see what kind of feedback I get.

Have any of you used a lavvu? Just curious, as they are substantially cheaper than a Snowtrekker (but look less roomy, and warm).

FWIW I tried to contact the northern laavu guy about buying some fabric (since he is located in the Twin Cities) and got no response to multiple inquiries which was disappointing. Definitely like the idea/simplicity of the shelter.
