have a great trip, Kevin! wish i was up there to take your photo at the landing. you'll have to get a selfie of you and Ethan to include in your trip report. there should be plenty of water in the Frost River if you decided to do that route.

All ready to head north and pick the Sherpa up at MSP airport for a little 6 or 7 day trip. Going in Cross Bay and see what happens after that.

Kind of a last minute trip. Ethan called and said that he needed a trip. Kid must have had a good up bringing. Hope I have enough food packed to feed the little boy.

We made it home last night about 11:30 pm. We had a little mini wing with h20 in Duluth on our way heading north. Always nice talking to Marry and If you have never stopped at Sammy's for pizza, it's really good.

We ended up setting up a base camp on Long Island and then did day trips. Fish are deep, bugs can be bad, and berries hard to come by. Actually had more raspberries than blueberries.

Had several series of rain, but playing cribbage under a CCS tarp during a down pour with your son is priceless. Makes dad feel good when his son is living in the East coast now, but planning on a trip for next year.

Sounds like a good trip...good to see you and meet Ethan. That Iowa corn was the best!
