The reason I posted I see you can get a annual for $20 and after four years trade it in for a lifetime. Maybe if short of cash to pay $80 at once.

Nit-picking here, but has anyone found info on whether this "installment plan" is only for those already 62 years old prior to making that first $20 annual purchase? or just need to be of qualifying age at the time of that fourth and final year's purchase?...

(Just curious; I got mine last summer, and even had it cost me the current $80, it would have already paid for itself.)
