From: Manlove, Rebecca -FS [mailto:rmanlove@fs.fed.us] Sent: Saturday, September 02, 2017 4:20 PM To: FS-pdl r9 superior cooperator kawishiwi Subject: Agnes Bear report We’ve not heard anything from the Agnes Bear most of the summer but yesterday evening on Site #40, the southeastern most campsite on Agnes, a bear tore the bottom out of a pack hung between two trees and pulled a box of food and fishing tackle out of the pack. The bear dragged the box quite a distance to the northeast of the site. The group tracked their box by following a trail of garbage and damaged items from other campers. |
