Well, if it is indeed 15'6, it should be the Bell Morningstar? That's a nice hull also, and the boat I paddle right now. Small for tandem BWCAW use unless the paddlers are small. Nice boat for tandem day trips and big guy solo and tripping. When I made my mistake with the Galyan's I thought it was the Morningstar and it was the Suwanee. Here's a pic of the Suwanee so you don't make that mistake. Suwanee's ok, just a "Dog" to paddle; not half the boat as the Morningstar. I called it the "Ugly duckling;" it was NO "Swan!" Look for "Shouldered tumblehome" like you see in my red Morningstar:

quote ozarkpaddler: "What are the "Specs?" those Galyan's Woodsman models always befuzzled me. They used different Dagger and Bell models. I thought I was getting a Bell once and it was a Dagger Suwanee. If it's the 16'6" model, and is the Bell Northwind copy, that's a really nice boat. I'd pay $700 if in pristine condition, less the more use it had.

Headed to the river, let us know!"

It says Woodsman III on the side but it only measures 15'6" apparently. From what I have found, the Woodsman III is supposed to be the 16'6" model, yes? It has a Bell sticker on the inside and it is in good overall condition.
