KarlBAndersen1	08/15/2018 06:56PM   I just had to show this off. Many folks here know I'm a knife maker as well as a friend of Ben's. I was at his house for a few days last week and had the chance to skin some of his firewood!! It just makes awesome back ground for photos. Thanks, Ben! (I think I want some more.)

" Some day I'll be able to afford one of these from you Karl! Ben showed this to me right after he acquired it from you. I dared not touch the blade, it was that sharp. Nice craftsmanship.
nctry	08/17/2018 11:01PM   My birch logs are naked... Haha. Those trees were cut at the right time for that. In June I think is when you can best harvest birch bark. I have a buddy in Spokane who tried to show me that. He builds birch bark canoes. He goes to Alaska usually for his bark. Karl is a pretty awesome craftsman. He's to knives to what Dan is to packs and such.
