I've looked everywhere for a battery charger/pack that will charge AAA batteries and USB connected devices while out in the BWCA I can't find one anywhere. I would rather be able to charge batteries out in the wilderness rather than having to take a bunch of batteries.
I'm looking at a Hawkeye Fishtrax fish finder that takes AAA batteries and also want to be able to charge my GoPro batteries and camera batteries. Anyone know of a battery pack that might charge all 3?

Goal Zero products will solve all your problems...
I use the Guide 10 battery charger and the Nomad 7 solar panel, which they sell together as a kit. The Guide 10 will charge both AA and AAA batteries. It comes with an adapter to charge AAA's. I personally don't use AAAs anymore considering I only used them for an old headlamp, whereas I upgraded to Petzl Reactik headlamp that is USB chargeable. The solar panel also works very well. I have charged my iPhone form 0-100% battery life on bright sunny days and you can also add more solar panels for faster charging.
I use it to charge all the same things you mentioned and more; gopro batteries, AA batteries for my Hummingbird fish finder, petzl headlamp (which is USB chargeable), E-cigarette, Goal Zero Rockout 2 speaker, iPod nano, phone, olympus camera and you name it.
Goal zero also makes a bunch of cool accessories. Here is a link to what I use and highly recommend.

A lot of the newer battery packs nowadays have a usb charging port or two. Just plug in whatever you want with a cable. I take one when I go to Ontario where there is no electricity to charge things. I charge my GoPro, my camera battery and my cell phone. Just find one that has the battery capacity you need.

A quick search found a AAA battery charger powered by USB. This isn't as elegant as what you want but works.

I've also had pretty good luck with the Goal Zero Nomad 7, Venture 30, and Guide 10, and their little USB fan (plugged into the Venture 30) has been a lifesaver on hot nights in the tent as well as hanging on the ridgeline of the hammock.
