Sept 2nd there was a search for a missing 18 y/o female on Disappointment Lake. I was wondering if she was found or any other related info.

I just googled "missing teen Disappointment Lake" and came up with nothing. Where did you first hear about this?

All I could find was a missing male on Crooked Lake and he was found ok the next day. If you can't find any info, then my guess is she was found and was fine. Because the internet loves to post any negative news that it can.. no news is good news in my book.

There was a search plane in the air, and the sheriff was taxing search and rescue on Snowbank to the 140 portage to Disappointment. Plane was in the air most of the morning, then when I was half way across Disappointment the plane flew off and the S&R were paddling back to Snowbank. 18 y/o female wandered off from camp.
