I thought the fall colors in Colorado were really good although locals told me because of the drought the timing was off. I was impressed but miss the red maple leaves of Canoe Country.

BEAUTIFUL pics, Zulu, I especially love Maroon Bells. Where all were you besides the Aspen area? The drought was SO apparent on the west slope. We were there in early September and got a peak at the first of the color in the Cimaron Pass and Black Canyon areas. But YOUR pics, WOW!

You have a great eye. You also have a mighty Rubicon. All hail the Rubicon!

Dang it! I wish it were yours. Still, you have the eye for composing photos and that tops the mighty Rubicon.

Thanks. I’m glad you enjoyed them. The photos were taken in the area around Marble, Crystal City Mill and Crested Butte. Those photos of that area look great ozark. I may have to check those areas out on the way home. It’s a beautiful state. The natives have commented that you don’t even have to smoke the legal weed to see the beauty and feel good but it helps. :]
