Saying prayers for healthy baby, mama, and the rest of you. I am sure you will have a different perspective this time around. I had a grand- daughter living with me when I was 50 and it was interesting how different things were with more years under my belt.

My wife and I are being blessed with a late addition to our flock. The ducklings (13 and 11) are so excited to have a baby brother arriving soon. He's due to arrive in about a month. Big duckling and Little duckling say that he will be called Tiny duckling when we go to Wingnights :)

I've always said that my yearly Daddy/Daughter trip with 1 of the ducklings is priceless and my favorite part of the year. In a few years I'll get to add a Father/Son trip to my yearly adventures! I'm so excited!!!

We shared the news with the people that were at the Fall Wingnight and some of them were asking when I was going to make the announcement because a lot of our friends were not there this year.......... well here it is ;)

When he arrives I will post pictures. And of course his name will have something to do with wilderness ;)

Congratulations! My son was born in December (he loves the double-birthday presents that the month brings :). I love the nickname that your girls will give their little brother -- "tiny duckling". Priceless.

Thank you everyone.......... he's a big boy....... Official due date is Dec. 3 but we think the original due date of Nov. 26 is more accurate. Yesterday at the ultrasound he measured at 7lbs 9oz already. Then we had a false alarm as they sent her to the hospital to possibly deliver because they thought her fluid was too low. Sent her home and she's on her way to work today.

Congratulations to the whole duck family! You've got built-in babysitters already and this will be quite different as the new baby will be outnumbered 4 to 1. I can't wait for the stories and new trip reports!

Congrats. My wife and I welcomed our first Little One about eight months ago, so I can understand your excitement. :)
