Somewhere between Skoop and Sawbill Lake in 2010. I had lots of wide open scenes that may have been better choices but this one is my desktop background right now. It appeals to me with its "closeness" and bringing the wilderness in and around me. I also love the greens which are in short supply now as I look out my window.

Great set of landscape photos this month! In general I think it's difficult to capture true landscapes in the BWCA because of the forest limiting the depth, but I think there are some excellant entries this month.
