It is time for me to part with my 15 foot fiberglass canoe, a favorite of mine. The walls are rigid, not one of those cheap flexible thin things. Mahogany wood trim and seats for 2. I have reinforced the keel bow and stern. This canoe has never upset, and is great for small and mid sized lakes, but will worry you in big waves in places such as Bayley Bay.
Will sell for $300. Location is half way between St Louis and Indianapolis, 3 hours south of Chicago.

Pardon me. The third picture with the canoes on my car is a different red canoe.

Fishman. I will be going through Eau Claire in early August with two canoes and could possibly put on a third if you wanted to come over and get this fiberglass one. I would need to be assured you wanted this one, as I would not be able to take it to Canada and back.

I weighed it a few years ago and it was 65 lbs.. This is a good solid canoe, not some flimsy thinwall. It has been on several Quetico trips and never upset, although in big waves on Bayley Bay it has worried me. Nice to carry on portages with its medium weight and balances nicely on the shoulders.
I do have a few inquiries I am negotiating with, although of course first to buy gets the sale.
