Yup, eight person sleeping, it would be tight. Eight person sitting in chairs, fine, four guys, gear, Voyageur Stove and barrel for cards.... ideal. Includes high vis cords and custom made tyvek gravel/sand bags for river bar applications. I've used the Kifaru and much prefer this teepee because it is much roomier, has a bottom (good if you use chairs) and the walls can be drawn out especially if you utilize your paddles/spares. A must if traveling to the Natak watershed or similar. Great shape and ready to use.
