So, I have a trip planned for June and another for late August/early September and am looking for a barrel. Tired of worrying whether I ma in a burn area/have trees suitable for hanging the pack.
BV500 seems to be what I am looking for , give or take. I am open to other options though, so if available, let me know!

If you can wait till summer, this place gets them from hikers on the JMT. They sell them for $40 shipped. They just sold out last week when I bought the last 2 they had.
