I doubt it, it's been 5 months nd not one peep from USF&W, so I may pick up some frozen smelt for pike and trout.

Shot in the dark... Any chance of frozen Ciscoes, or is that pretty much a done deal? Will be stopping for leeches either way opener weekend.

Jumbo leeches shouldn't be a problem at that time!! :)
Take care of as many of those scaled bacteria with fins as you can!!
They're the northland version of the Asian Carp.

Hey Jim, will you have any Jumbo's available at the end of May? We hopefully will be taking care of a few smallies for ya!

Thanks!
Mike

We now have legal frozen Smelt on hand for Pike and Trout fishing!
Been over five months and still no word on the Ciscos they took, so we're going with the Smelt until the smoke clears.

Ha! Sounds good Jim, we'll see ya on the 30th! How late are you open? We may be coming in around 7 PM, staying overnight at Voyageur North and heading out early on the 31st.
