Pick up some Mepp's spinners and some plastics. If you can bring leeches, do it. If you can't, we've had luck with Gulp plastic leeches for smallies in July. Northerns will hit anything any time.

add a 6 to 8 inch wire leader and you won't loose as many or any to bite offs
I use 12lb Eagle Claw brand Wire Micro Leaders
as previously stated, Mepps Spinners are also a good option as are big rooster tails, Husky Jerks, rattlin rogue's, single blade spinner baits, northern pike and smallmouth will hit about anything.

its a good selection , i'm a big fan of the rapala countdown CD9 , you control the running depth and deep diving crankbaits and the ratlin raps , bring your saltwater tackle too if not ungodly big. also jig spinners with different length and color twister tails

Give us a picture of your saltwater stuff. One thing I have learned about the fish on the Shield is "they like it big". I have tossed regular shad raps without so much as a sniff but then toss out the muskie sized Super shad Rap and I couldn't keep the big walleye off.
I like OS suggestion of adding some lead ahead of your floater divers. A few bigger split shot would do nicely.
All of your lures will catch fish if presented properly. Don't be afraid to jig the rattling lures straight down over deeper water. You could set up a drift and keep jigging the rattling rap up and down just off bottom as you drift along.........very effective.

I'll be working at a camp off the Gunflint for two weeks in July. I am from Florida, and these are the only freshwater lures I own. Last year on Grandpa the Northern would hit any Rapala I threw. Are any of these worth taking for Northern or SM?

They are all worth bringing and fishing. I would add some lead ahead of the shallow runners. Tight lines.
