So, my 15 year old son and I went fishing with his Scoutmaster on Saganaga over Memorial weekend. We rented a cabin and boat from Seagull and had a fantastic time. However, the fishing was slow - I mean slow. We fished 12-14 hours a day, traveled 55 miles in the boat and caught very little. Started shallow and sent deep. Tried leeches, minnows and every lure in the box. I attribute it to the cold front, but who knows. Saw a ton of guys in the narrows after the "spawn ban" was lifted but I couldn't bring myself to sit in a parking lot of boats after traveling 10 hours to get to the "wilderness." Interested if anyone else was on Sag this weekend and whether you had success. I have attached a couple of pictures of our favorite catch, although there is a dispute over whether this guy went for the lure or was trying to get out of the way.

Thanks.

Brian
