Can confirm. Picked up a couple bass/northern during the day at the falls. At sunset, it was a bonanza. So much fun.

Based on my limited experience, I'd say shorelines and structure and you'll find them there. Jasper Alpine Falls and the bay beyond it on Alpine is a must stop for all species other than trout. The walleye come in at night there and apparently love Rapalas.

Any predictions on late June smallmouth fishing for seagull/alpine area. Tips? Hotspots? We always do good first and second week of June but going a little later this year. We will be there last week of June. Thanks
