Anyone have tips to fish lakers with a Luhr Jensen Pink Lady and have tips to share? Lure type and leader length would be appreciated!
Thanks.......Justin

I've used them for lake trout up there with spoons. We start by dropping the rig in the water after you're moving some. Back reel counting the number of rotations. With 2 people in the boat, we might start with one person at 20 cranks and the other at 25. After a while, 20 goes to 30, then 25 to 35 etc until you find the proper depth, then target that depth.
If the 2 reels are different sizes, on shore, strip off a equal amounts of line on both, then count the rotations and work out a ratio so you can target similar depths.
Good luck
