Will be making two trips this year. One three day trip over Memorial Day Weekend and then again middle of June. Always wanting to hit the pre spawn and spawn. Hopefully I will catch it on first trip and then the post spawn hungry but smaller fish in mid June. Seems like significant warming trend now that will continue at least through Memorial Day, if you trust the extended forecast. Keep me posted if anyone is out there fishing for the smallies. I know Quetico Mike will be at it. Pictures always get my heart pumping. and keep me up at night. Can't wait!
