That's awesome! It's crazy how just one fish can turn a whole trip around or make a great trip an epic trip.

Ethan caught a 42" northern on Oyster last Wednesday from camp. Thought he was snagged and then the line started going out. He was one happy lad.

Some little deep running bass plug. I'll try to post a picture tomorrow.


No leader and when he got it up to shore the swivel pulled apart. I had a bad paw and we put the lip grabber on while I had my good hand in the gills.

I strongly agree. My nephew caught a 41 from camp with a jig/leech. I got a few pictures but they are really bad. Your picture is amazing and really captures the glory of that big fish. Nice job!

I once caught a +25" trout in Oyster that had teeth marks across its back. That looks like the pike that left them! Nice fish.

Nice pic, and a nice fish! Thoughts of fish like that are what keep me going back
