Just paddled out last night. We flat out hammered smallies on all 3 lakes. Points, and rocky shorelines all produced. Mostly on the southern shoreline. If there was a dirt bottomed area in the shallows just move along. Skitter Pops and black Jitter Bugs out produced other top water lures. Tail dancers also produced well as well as flukes in watermelon and smoky shad colors. The evening bite was all about surface lures period. Lots of fish in the 14-16 inch size. We caught multiple 18s and 1 big old girl that measured 22.

We caught walleyes on Caribou off the northern point between the third and fourth camp site. Nothing big but consistent we used jointed black/gold rapalas #9, and wally divers. Also caught eyes where the water runs in across from the fourth site on the southern shore line.

Northerns aplenty had 2 big fish follow up. Caught nothing big maybe 5lbs.

Go get em!!
