Thought this was worth sharing, as I just had this with some pan fried Sauger...
Kinder's Lemon Butter Garlic Seasoning might be the perfect seasoning for a freshwater fish fry. Walleye, Crappie, Gills, Perch, whatever.
...maybe even trout and salmon, not sure yet on those.
But damn, it's good eats on a Sauger.
