I agree! We seen it at Canoecopia and thought this would be great for traveling days in the bwca. We picked it up and the flow rate worked great when we tried it at home.

The BeFree's collapsable aspect is nice. It's the type of on-the-go system that is also easily put together with a Camelbak eddy and a Sawyer mini. Used this last trip and it was perfect. (Credit goes to butthead for giving me the idea.)

quote Blatz: "Looks like a winner for on the go canoe travel. A one person filtration system that is light weight, backwashable, and will fit in your thwart bag until needed. Fill it with lake water and drink like you would from another water bottle but it's filtered. The flow rate is pretty much like a regular water bottle. "

Nice for on the trail but not a quick adapt to convert for use in camp in a gravity/siphon.
