Just thought I would give two thumbs up to North Face for a fine well made tent. I got a great deal on it at Sheels in Eau Clare earlier this summer. I was a little Leary of having a tent that didn't have a rain fly, but I bought it anyway. I spent a week at Fall Lake campground a week or so ago. One night I had 5 inches of rain, and not a single drop made it into the the tent. I was pretty impressed with that kind of result on a single wall tent. It also handled another 3 inch rain a few days later.

Thanks.

Not even any dampness around the window . . .?

Did you have any condensation inside during the rain events?

There was dampness on the edge of the windows, but no dripping of any kind. I had both top vents open a little which help deal with any major condensation issues. The top of the tent was damp of course with that much rain, but again no drips in the tent at all.
