It appears my earlier reply didn't show up. I would be interested in hearing more about what you have, also where you are located. I did try to send you an email as well. I will be in MN this summer. Thanks.

Nice boat... Where are you located and what would you consider the right price? I am always on the lookout for a cruiser in good shape and at a good price. Of course they don't come up too often here on the east coast and they go pretty quickly. I bet yours is sold already. :)
And sorry if it seems I am trying to jump ahead of Vtjay, no I am not, He would have first dibs.. Just wishful thinking. ..... Good luck to Vtjay..

I have been looking (as others have I suspect) for an old Sawyer Cruiser 179 for awhile. My exwife and I had one for quite awhile, but as it was hers pre-marriage she has it again.

I was offered one that looks in very good shape - fiberglass 68 lb model for what seems like a fair price. What I am wondering is what are the chances of a decent kevlar model popping up for sale in the future, as that would be my preference. If slim then I'll pick up the one offered. I suspect I shouldn't have any trouble selling it if a kevlar model does pop up.

thanks for your thoughts
