I replaced a bunch a few years ago. I can't recall the supplier's name. It effectively was MSR, but went by a different name...??? Just a bit of poking around on the interwebs will get you there.

I've done some searches and came up empty. I have several fuel bottles with cracking O-rings. I can pull one off and head to the store but perhaps somebody already knows what size is needed?

I would pull it and head to the store. If someone gives you a size you will have to verify it fits anyway.

Go to an equipment dealership like Caterpillar, John Deere or Cummins and go to the parts dept. They will measure and match it up for you. They have thousands of them for hydraulic hoses and pumps. Ask for a Viton o-ring. These last so much longer when used with oils and fuels. I doubt you will ever need another if you buy a viton ring. Plain rubber will crack and deteriorate over time.

You can also get them off eBay--I just paid $5 for 5 o-rings, including postage.

Thanks, I came back to ask this exact question because I feel like I just went to the hardware store and replaced these a couple of years ago. The originals lasted some 8 years or more.

+1 on going to agricultural equipment dealership and asking for a VITON O Ring. They usually have a great supply as Savage Voyageur suggests. I have been an agricultural chemical rep in NW IL for 35 years and we ALWAYS recommend VITON vs plain rubber when working with fuel and chemicals. A little more expensive but VITON will last way longer for sure.

Not only am I now set with O rings thanks to butthead, but there were a couple of the MSR repair tools in the envelope too. Thank you so much! This is a site with some great folks.
