I made an order from them about a month ago and they've been totally non-responsive. I've escalated the case to Paypal to hopefully get my money back.

There are a bunch of places like that on the internet. Their webpage says they have a good price on an item that is hard to find like a specific fishing rod so you order it only to find out later that they don't have the item in stock and are trying to direct ship it from the manufacturer who is also out of stock. While getting the run around, the only other place with the item in stock at retail sells out. It can be very frustrating.
I use a credit card for all internet purchases (except eBay) and have never been truly out the money.

I ordered some a year or so ago as well. Same thing for quite a while. Guy eventually responded, apologized, and refunded my money. Stick with it!
