I've been in mine in winds I estimate to be around 40 mph during an October trip and had no problem. It was well staked out and guyed.

+1 Strung on ridge line with prussics, well-staked and guyed. Door closed up tight with stakes back around the sides. Hardly budged, very quiet - more so than most double wall tents.

The only time a stake has pulled out is when I had it set up in the back yard with guide ropes and my dog ran though the rope and snapped the rope. I bring poles and when not attached to trees I will double stake the guide ropes that are attached to the poles.

Yes. Most people have the awning straight out but my kids aren't comfortable with a huge door so I stake it like this. This way is water tight. We don't have problems with condensation at all. I think it's because I read up on the Sil-nylon backpacking tent forums and they said to sleep with your head at the door and plastic under the floor. They said condinsation comes from your breath and the vegetation under you. Doing it this way even worked for us on a foggy day. I also customized a few other things to make it bug tight. That discription is in the canoe with kids forum down below.

I was considering a Lean 2 Plus for next year, going thru the above event, was wondering if anyone has gone thru a serious high wind storm in their lean. Was wondering about performance seeing as it is a bit more structure for the wind to affect, any stakes pull out, etc. Thanks.
