Another vote for the Cave Creek Pet Palace from me (while recognizing that it's too late for this trip). I augment with the mat that I use on the bottom of the canoe for our dog, as well as a light down throw. As a plus, it's also a nice place for you to step out of the hammock or sit under the tarp.

$81 bucks??? Wouldn't the Hilton be cheaper?"
You clearly have not bought a tarp or a tent recently

Hello,
Have been enjoying the BWCA for about 15 years but this will be my first year hammock camping with my dog.
How does everyone handle this situation? Do you use a dog tent and if so, what are good recommendations?
If you do not use a dog tent, what do you use? My dog will not sleep in hammock with me.
Thank you

Thank you!
That is a great setup. A little expensive for me at the moment and I need something within the next 2 weeks. There is a 6 week lead time on those but I will keep that one in mind for future trips.

What kinda methed out Hiltons are you staying at? " It’s the new Hilton De Ville chain. They’re trying to do for the budget market what the Conrad Hotels did at the top.
