I did email Northstar for advice but would be happy to hear from people here as well. There are a few more spots similar to the ones shown in the photos below.

I have the same boat, picked it new in January and it had some similar residue on it from the factory and some goo on the exterior. I spoke with Bear at Northstar and he recommended a small amount denatured alcohol on a rag. It worked for me. Use it very sparingly and rinse off with water when done.

I did email them and got similar advice, so I’ll be giving that a try this weekend. Thanks for the info!

I picked up a NW solo this year as well, and I'm loving it so far. You just need to get some mud on that boat and those stains will disappear.
