If you're a back sleeper? As for me, the horseshoe pillows are great for sleeping in a car or a recliner. Camping, IMHO, not so much

quote A1t2o: "I don't think it would work well for a camping pillow. The video shows that it is 2 large pads on the sides with a smaller piece that goes between them to either go under your chin or behind your neck. The whole thing is inflated with no hard structure. I only see this being good for holding your hear upright while sleeping in a seated position. There is no significant pillow portion that could be used when lying down so I don't think it would be good for camping. Nice idea though, just seems a bit oversized. If only they could make it for only one shoulder so you can rest your head on it comfortably without seeming like you are wearing a giant neck brace."
Yep... I came to the same conclusion after I watched the video.

Check this kickstarter out...
I might have to get one of these for travel, and consider it for a camping pillow. I can't tell if it locks you in to a sleep-on-your-back position or if it allows for a side-sleeping position. I can't play the video on my work computer, but it bears some investigation.
... time passes... I watched the video on my phone. It's definitely interesting as a travel pillow, but I'm not sure it would work well as a camping pillow. It does look like it won't allow for a comfortable side sleep.
