The portages from Kiskadinna to Long Island are a real piece of work. Plan on taking your time there.

ah yes....."The Wall". A real heart thumper. The one from Kisk to Davis is a beauty too.

Yes, the "ankle breaker", beaver dam portage from Long Island to Muskeg, and the Muskeg to Kiskadinna "Wall" - a lot of "fun" :). But a very nice area though, not heavily traveled - saw a moose on Muskeg Creek.

i buzzed thru there a few years back. to my knowledge, they were not good. small and unused. mostly a pass thru lake, but you could still pitch a tent there if you like.

According to the ratings under the maps section here, the western site is a 4-star site (2 ratings), the eastern site a 1-star (1 rating). All ratings are over 5 years old.

Can anybody fill me in on what the campsites are like on Kiskadinna? Wife and I are planning a trip through Kiskadinna in late June.
