My first canoe trip was in 1964 to Mowe lake east of Saganaga lake just outside of the bwca. Went again about 1993. Both trips were the best of my life. On the 93 trip we crossed a gravel road on the portage into Mowe (I think it was access to a fire tower) but may have access to a cottage. I want to go back to Mowe lake but not if it has been developed or has power boats on it. If anyone has any current info I would greatly apricate it. Thanks,Merlyn
