Is it legal to rifle hunt deer within the BWCA? Has anyone ever canoed in and tried it?

Deer hunting is perfectly legal, just difficult in the BWCA.

Yes, all hunting is legal in the BWCA for now, but subject to be banned if the Forest Service decides that it isn't to their liking. (like trapping mink, Marten, Fisher, Beaver, and Ciscoes)
